Join us for NO SCHOOL fun!! Kids ages K-5 are welcome to come for one, or all, of the days being offered! Sunday Reset was designed to provide an accessible and affordable wellness offering for adults seeking stress reduction, mindful movement, and connection. By combining yoga, breathwork, and restorative practices, the program supports both physical and emotional well-being while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Transition into the week with intention through gentle movement, breathwork, restorative yoga, and relaxation. Guided by the rhythms of the season, this all-levels class offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater ease in body and mind. Drawing from trauma-sensitive and choice-based practices, each session supports stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Open to all levels; no prior yoga experience required.
