In this workshop, students will learn how to use good manners at the table when dining out at a restaurant or a special event. Table manners are not just about how to hold your silverware or how to place your napkin. Good table manners also show self-awareness, respect, and courtesy to others. They are important tools for social interactions that will benefit children personally and professionally for the rest of their lives.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Pebble Art Class - Pebble Art - Spring 2025 Have you ever wanted to learn how to create a picture using materials found directly off the beach? Come join local guest artist Kerry Consentino- Vilorio owner of The Orange Jellyfish, who creates beautiful custom pebble art and sea glass designs. This class is truly a wonderful opportunity to create a sentimental piece for yourself or a perfect gift!During this two-hour class, we will each create our own custom pebble art family picture using various styles of beach stones, driftwood and shells directly hand picked off local New England beaches. Each design can contain stones representing two to six people while being glued on cardstock and enclosed in a rustic gray frame. This class will allow for a great deal of autonomy, as various styles of stones, driftwood, and scallop shells will be available for the choosing. The stones and driftwood come in various shapes, sizes, and colors which allows for both adults and children to be represented within the picture. While the frame color for all will be light rustic gray, the cardstock colors available for selection will be white, light crème, or light blue.

Throughout this class, you will go head to head with other Pokemon trainers to determine who will become the Medway Parks and Recreation Master and take home the Grand Prize of 10 Pokemon booster packs. We will cover some basic Pokemon Trading Card Game strategy, but this class is intended for participants who have a basic knowledge of Pokemon the Trading Card Game. Trainers do not need to bring their own battle decks, but it is suggested. Dodgeball: This program will introduce children to the nearly endless different styles of dodgeball. We will be teaching Dr. Dodgeball, Prize Ball, Elimination, Army, Ring of Fire, and many more… Each week will be a new adventure of team, individual, or tournament dodgeball. Sports cards will also be given out at the end of each program, with the opportunity to earn special prizes for play and behavior. Time to find the next Ultimate Dodgeball Player! Registration includes pizza and it served 1:00-1:30pm between the two programs.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM	Chess Wizards - Chess Wizards - Spring 2025 Chess Wizards is so popular with kids because of our unique structure. First, we let kids get the wiggles and giggles out with 10 minutes of free play and review of past taught topics. We then go right into the week's lessons. We separate students based on skill levels and teach different lessons best suited to their individual needs. All lessons have an activity and homework to accompany them and we have well over 80 different lessons to keep challenging our little wizards! Chess has been taught for thousands of years because of its emphasis on logic, tactics and sportsmanship. Let us coach your kids to a higher level of education!
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM	Robopets - Robopets - Spring 2025 In this course, children will begin their exploration into the world of robotics by building simple animal-inspired machines with LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 sets. The hardware is then controlled by unique, icon-based software connected via Bluetooth. We will teach your little learner some fundamental engineering and programming concepts as they build goofy animals and then design perfect habitats to protect their new robotic friends. Maybe you can't have an alligator as a pet at home, but you can definitely build one in our classroom at Snapology.

Students will learn about gear ratio, sensors, programming, and pulleys as they create fun to play games. Whether learning about pulleys while creating speedy go-karts, or levers as they are launching grumpy birds on catapults, students will see simple machines in action. They will begin to think critically about their surroundings and realize all the simple machines they encounter every day. From robotic hockey players to LEGO brick board games, your child is sure to have fun building, learning and playing!
