12:00 PM - 2:00 PM    Learn to Play Pickleball: Beginner - Learn to Play Pickleball - Beginner: April 13
Learn to Play: Beginner–This clinic will provide participants with the fundamentals of pickleball. In these sessions, participants will learn fundamental pickleball strokes, as well as scoring and the basic rules and strategies of game play. Pickleball equipment, etiquette, and safety will also be covered.
 
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM    Pickleball: Intermediate Skills - Pickleball: Intermediate Skills - April 13
This clinic will focus on skills and strategies essential to success at the Intermediate level such as net play/dinking, punch volleys and blocks, third shot drives and drops, resetting/getting control of the point, and court positioning.  All participants should be able to consistently execute all the basic shots and be able to handle spin and/or hard shots.

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM    Pickleball Social League - Pickleball Social League - Spring 2025
Join the town of Medway and USTA New England for their Intermediate Social Pickleball League for Adults 19+! Bring your own paddle; balls and nets will be provided. Players must know the rules of Pickleball, how to keep score, and be able to serve and rally. Intermediate level description: Dependable shot control and serves, increased consistency with some ability to control height/depth. Sustains short to medium length rallies with the understanding of variations of pace and depth of shots. This is equivalent to a 3.0 to 4.0 DUPR rating. A follow up email will be sent from USTA to all registrants with a review of the rules. On the last day, we will run a mini-tournament and prizes will be awarded to the top 2 players! **PLEASE NOTE - SPOTS ARE LIMITED!Additionally, we are looking for a site coordinator to help USTA run this program. The site coordinator gets to play for free and will receive a coordinator gift. Please contact USTA at ackerley@newengland.usta.com if you are interested in being the site coordinator.
