Intro to Track and Field - Intro to Track and Field - Spring 2026 The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump and various running and relay events (Activities may vary by age). Each session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Get on track with Skyhawks for athletic and personal growth! Please bring water and wear athletic clothing!
