Yoga in the Park - 7/21 This one-hour moderate level Hatha yoga class is a balanced practice that blends foundational postures with longer holds, building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Unlike the flowing pace of Vinyasa, Hatha focuses on slower paced, deliberate movements and precise alignment, making it beginner friendly and a great way for experienced practitioners to deepen your practice. Each class is unique, incorporating breath techniques, mudras and postures, concluding with meditation and relaxation, creating a balanced mind-body connection. Who this class is for:
Students seeking to build greater strength and flexibility.
Anyone who enjoys a slower, more intentional pace to focus on alignment and breath control.
*Weather permitting, if weather precludes, class will be indoors at the Senior Center.

Beginner Skateboarding - Beginner Skateboarding 2026 - July 27-30 Skateboarding is for participants with little to no skateboarding experience. Teaching fundamental skateboarding skills such as accelerating, balance, stopping, transitions and some tricks, dropping in and Ollies, we help participants develop confidence to apply these skills on their own. Proper safety equipment (knee pads, elbow pads and helmets) must be worn at all times during class. A skateboard and athletic shoes are required. If you do not have proper safety equipment or a board, please let us know at registration and they can be borrowed during the class…for the love of play!
