Yoga in the Park - 6/3 A slower paced class where stretching and movement are linked with the breath to create a more meditative flow. Poses are held longer to build strength and allow you to feel all the benefits of the pose. Class is adjusted seasonally to help balance the body and mind. You will need a yoga mat. Optional props include a 8 ft. yoga strap and blocks.
