Join our elite training environment to have you enter your club, school, or college season in top shape. Build fitness, speed, power, strength, and injury prevention activity. Baseline and progressive testing with sessions designed to provide a foundation to give you that edge for your upcoming season. Dates: June 29-August 14* No sessions during the week of July 6.Days: Monday, Wednesday, and ThursdayTime: 7:30-8:30 am
