Sunday Reset: Wintering- A Six-Week Yoga Journey of Rest, Reflection & Renewal
Winter invites us to do things a little differently. It invites us to slow down, turn inward, conserve our energy, and make space for rest and reflection. Wintering is a gentle, contemplative six-week series inspired by the rhythms of the season and the wisdom of yoga.
Each session combines mindful vinyasa, grounding Yin postures, interoceptive cueing, breathwork, meditation, and thematic reflection. Together, we’ll explore the many ways we winter: resting, releasing, listening, tending to what sustains us, and trusting the quieter work happening beneath the surface.
Rather than rushing toward the next season, these classes offer an opportunity to settle into winter and meet yourself where you are. Drawing from trauma-sensitive and choice-based practices, each session supports stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
