Build fitness, speed, power, strength, and injury prevention activity. Baseline and progressive testing with sessions designed to provide a foundation to give you that edge for your upcoming season.

About Coach Ryan Elster:
Going into third season as Head Coach of the Medway Girls Varsity Soccer Program. Full time staff with NEFC and USSF C License. NEFC Junior Academy Director and Head Coach of three teams, Innovative Player Trainer, and Assistant with other teams. Former Worcester State University Men's Assistant Coach. Graduate in 2018 from Springfield College.
