Bring your little one(s) and come join Katie from Sprouting Tree Yoga for this fun, outdoor, interactive, skill-building class! Together we will move, breathe, play, and connect. We will explore yoga concepts  through engaging songs, games, and activities. Expect to connect and bond with your little one while you learn toddler approved breathing exercises and relaxation techniques you can use both on and off of the mat. This series is appropriate for caregivers and little ones ages 2-4 (ish). Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. A towel is suggested as well in case there is any moisture on the grass.

The fee includes registration for one parent and one child. If you would like to register additional children, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department, and we will be happy to assist you in adding them.
