Grab your littlest one and join Katie from Sprouting Tree Yoga for a sweet Baby & Me Yoga Series. This class encourages caregiver/child bonding while also providing much needed moments of self-care. We will build resilience through engaging in small, bite size moments of mindfulness, breath-work, and gentle yoga sequences designed to both release tension and build strength. Participants will also learn some “baby yoga” poses for their little one; designed to promote early body awareness, autonomy, and flexibility. This class is ideal for baby’s aged 6 weeks-12 months or pre-crawler.
