The Medway Police Department is happy to announce it will be hosting its second year of Youth Leadership Academy in 2025 for 11 to 13 year old's. Recruits will spend the day participating in team building exercises, field games, drill and ceremony, and learning about different aspects and specialties of policing. Recruits will also have an opportunity to attend an off-site field trip and will be provided with an academy shirt, shorts, and water bottle.
