Early Release Trip
When school goes back after Labor Day, what do you do for the last week of summer? Join us for a week of field trip fun. Jump on a bus daily and head to places like Southwick Zoo, Altitude and Pinz, just to name a few. Field trips might move around during the week depending on weather. Please note, we will meet Monday- Thursday. Pick up and drop off will be at Choate Park. Early Drop off and extended will be available. Early Drop off hours are 8am-9am/ extended day 3-5pm. The fee for early drop off is $30/week and extended day is $60/week. Space is limited, be sure to register early. End your summer on a FUN NOTE! 



Field Trips:
Southwick Zoo, Pinz, Altitude & Kimball's. 


Early drop off hours: 8-9am - Fee $30
Extended day hours: 3-5pm - Fee $60

  • Please note the last day for a program refund is Monday, June 10th

Required Paperwork
1. Physicals and Immunizations can be uploaded directly under your child's account. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Member Documents. Add New Member Document on the right.

2. Authorized Pick up Form can be filled out under your child's account. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Custom Forms. Add Custom Forms, Select Authorized Pick up Form.

3. Health History and Examination Form can be uploaded directly under your child's account. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Member Documents. Add New Member Document on the right.

4. Authorization of Medication (if applicable)
