Jodi began her yoga practice as part of her journey of self-discovery culminating with the completion of Yoga Teacher Training in Orthopedic Yoga Therapy and Bodywork as well as Yoga for Brain Disorders with Michelle Fleming of Evolution Trainings. Jodi believes that Yoga is not a work-out, but a work-in and wants to help others open their hearts and focus their awareness to discover what they already know and who they already are all while offering options to amp up their own practice during class. Jodi continued her journey with Breathe for Change Yoga Training and becoming a Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F)!. When not practicing yoga, you can find her outdoors gardening, working on a home improvement project, or ideally at the beach for both the sunrise and the sunset.
