Potato Gnocchi w/Pomodoro Sauce Workshop (Ages 8-14) Make delicious potato gnocchi with homemade pomodoro sauce in this 2 hour workshop -all from scratch & right in your own kitchen! Learn: Hand Rolling & Shaping, Making Pasta without a Pasta Machine, Homemade Sauce & More! Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed in advance of class. This class will not require a hand or stand mixer. Siblings that work as 1 team, on 1 computer, with 1 set of ingredients require 1 registration (register the child that is the team leader).

Valentine's Day Lava Cakes Workshop (Ages 8-14) Celebrate Valentine's Day by making this supremely rich and chocolatey original Lava Cake & pairing it with irresistible raspberry sauce! You will learn how to melt chocolate without seizing it and master the simple sauce technique with fresh raspberries or strawberries. International Women's Day Sip & Bake Grand Marnier Cake Workshop (Ages 21+) Celebrate International Women's Day with this fun Sip & Bake class where you will learn how to make a Chocolate Grand Marnier Cake with step by step instructions by our pastry chef! Learn how to work with chocolate, simple syrup, and how to make ganache and the many uses of ganache. We will cover glazing verses frosting and how to work with alcohol and extracts (Grand Marnier Margharita Recipe Provided as part of the class!) Groceries list, basic kitchen equipment, & zoom link will be emailed in advance of class. This class will require a hand or stand mixer.

Paradise Island Kids (PIK) is a Kids Enrichment Center where kids COOK. PLAY. & CREATE! PIK believes in keeping kids active & engaged, so at the PIK facility in Westborough, there are three distinct spaces for kids to enjoy-a Kitchen/Creative Space, a Lego/Imagination Space, and a Gym! This blended activity approach allows kids to enjoy a wide variety of creative and active activities, all in one place, all during one program, in a warm safe small group environment!
