In this 75 minute gently heated (80-85 degrees), slower paced ,foundational Vinyasa flow class, you will move with breath to “BALANCE” physical activity with inner stillness. This class is designed and beneficial for all levels and every BODY but can be especially beneficial for those with limited movement from injury, stiffness, chronic discomfort, age or size. This class is safe for pre and postnatal. It's also a nice place to start before trying a hot Vinyasa flow. USMMA is located at 316 Hartford Ave. in Bellingham.

About Instructor Danielle Hafers:
Danielle Hafers has been practicing power yoga for 15 years. She has two, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications. It is her hope that in her class, you are inspired by a new awareness of how yoga can improve the ways in which you hold yourself, physically and energetically, on and OFF your mat, that will cultivate the need to make yoga a consistent and integral part of your life. Just like breathing, we all need yoga.
